Pre-Delivery Inspection Checklist
1. Structural Integrity & Craftsmanship
Frame & Support: Welded joints are inspected for consistency and strength. Structural frames are tested for stability and load-bearing capacity.
Assembly: All components, joints, and fastenings are checked for precision, ensuring a seamless fit and rock-solid stability.
Leveling: The entire unit is verified to be perfectly level to prevent any movement or instability in its final location.
2. Surface & Material perfection
Material Verification: We confirm all materials (wood species, marble type, stainless steel grade) match the approved customer specifications.
Surface Finish: Tops and sides are meticulously inspected for scratches, pits, or imperfections. Gloss levels are checked for uniformity.
Seaming & Joining: Seams in stone or laminate are tight, smooth, and virtually invisible. Edge banding is perfectly adhered with no gaps or lifting.
3. Functional Hardware & Integration
Fixture Operation: All installed fixtures (towel rails, bottle openers, foot rails) are tested for secure attachment and function.
Electrical Components: Integrated outlets, LED lighting systems, and switches are rigorously tested for safe and reliable operation
Plumbing Readiness: Pre-cut sink and ice well openings are measured for accuracy to ensure hassle-free installer hookup.
4. Finishing & Aesthetics
Finish Resilience: Protective seals and coatings on wood and stone are checked for complete coverage and durability (e.g., water bead test).
Color & Grain Matching: Visual aesthetics are approved to ensure patterns, colors, and grain flows match the desired design intent.
Final Polishing: A final white-glove inspection ensures the unit is free of all dust, debris, and packaging marks.
5. Packaging & Preparation for Shipping
Protective Packaging: All surfaces are adequately protected with custom foam, corner guards, and wrapping to prevent transit damage. And then finially in wooden box.
